I want to cancel my subscription

Under Account -> Plans you can see your subscription Here you can cancel your subscription at any time. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The subscription must always be cancelled through the provider through which it was concluded. This also applies to refunds.

So if you purchased a subscription in the Android or iOS app, you can only cancel via Google Playstore or Apple Store.

If you purchased your subscription through PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to your PayPal account to cancel your subscription. Please make sure that you have not activated any pop-up blockers.
